Tomenstock
plans include:
Site Plan: To show location of dwelling, driveways, sidewalks, septic, water well, electrical, water, phone hook ups Floor Plan(s): Detail drawings of floor plans with room locations and sizes, door and window locations and sizes, ceiling heights, floor coverings and square footage, and any interior elevations needed. Foundation Plan: Drawing of the locations of exterior and interior footings with required details. Floor/Roof Framing Plan(s): Complete layout of floor and roof framing members. Sizes and locations of all load-bearing headers, wall sections, deck detail and framing details as needed. Elevations: (Front, Rear, Right, Left and any additional needed) which include plate and heights, trim details and exterior coverings. Electrical Plan(s): detailed layout of plugs, switches, lights, ceiling fans, cable and phone locations, and any other electrical products. Misc Details: All overflow of any needed details required for permitting. (Not always used.) Additional Information: Stucco, weather treatment, fireplace, and stairs details. (Truss engineering costs responsibility of client) |
